What this is all about.

Great public spaces are where celebrations are held, social and economic exchanges take place, friends run into each other, and cultures mix. They are the “front porches” of our public institutions – libraries, field houses, neighborhood schools – where we interact with each other and government. When the spaces work well, they serve as a stage for our public lives.

Thanks, EDG. Not sure if I’ll stay with the new look. Wanted to try something different. Phase II of Spaces for People will have a slightly different tone. You’ll see in future posts.

  2. I am a freak about the WordPress themes. I love trying new looks on different blogs. I use the “preview” function rather than “activate” behind the scenes all the time. Enjoy trying a new look!

    Joe,

    Welcome back!
